Kyra Minturn

 Kyra Minturn (born on 19th August 1965) is an American actress. Her role as the main character on TNT's crime drama The Closer as Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson is her most famous. Sedgwick was honored with a Golden Globe Award and an Emmy Award for her portrayal as Johnson in 2007. The show ended on August 13, 2012, following the conclusion of the seventh season. Sedgwick's recurring role of Madeline Wuntch in the sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine is also noteworthy. Sedgwick was awarded the Golden Globe Award for her performance in Something to Talk About (1995).
